Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with growth and staffing needs focusing on both clinical and nonclinical roles.
Candidate Acquisition & Assessment: Oversee the entire recruitment process ensuring our client attracts and hire candidates who align with their values and standards.
Onboarding & Retention: Implement comprehensive onboarding and retention strategies to maintain a highperforming workforce.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize recruitment metrics to refine strategies and report on outcomes to senior leadership.


Requirements

Bachelors or Master s degree in Human Resources Healthcare Administration or related field.
57 years of experience in healthcare recruitment with a strong understanding of clinical roles.
Proven track record in talent acquisition in a competitive market.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in recruiting software and ATS.
Strong leadership and analytical skills.


Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
Fulltime position Monday to Friday with occasional additional hours as needed.

Travel:
Local and occasional outofarea travel may be required.
