At Aidium, we are on a mission to bring modern technology solutions to the antiquated Mortgage industry. We are building software tools to empower high-performing loan officers to manage customer relationships and automate daily work.
Founded in 2019 and bringing our first beta to market in 2020, Aidium is continuing to remove the complexity of the archaic mortgage tech stack to unlock top-line expansion. Set up as a remote company, our team is currently distributed across various countries across the US, Latin America, and Europe (we hire within US/EU time zones). We are a diverse team of individuals, all makers at heart.
We’re all generalists, constantly picking up new challenges as a small team. Regarding product and code, we’re looking to work with experienced people who can pick and solve a problem. We use TypeScript and build scalable systems so we can continuously make progress on a solid foundation. We don’t expect you to have a background in everything we use, but we expect strong JavaScript fundamentals and a background working with React, Node.js, and, ideally, TypeScript.

What You Will Do:
- Redefine a best-in-class CRM software for the Mortgage industry so we can capitalize on a strong opportunity in the market.
- Build new user-facing features with beautiful and scalable UI components.
- Working closely with the product and design team to implement new feature concepts.
- Architect and build scalable serverless back-end components
- Have technical product ownership and exposure to new frameworks and libraries as we expand the breadth of Aidium’s feature set.
- Long-term, depending on preference, there is an opportunity to either lead a team or continue being a strong individual contributor.
- React frontend with TailwindCSS
- React Query for binding the data model to the UI
- ProseMirror-based content editor
- Design system with a Storybook-based React component library
- Next.js web application build out as Progressive Web App
- Public GraphQL API that has access to all the users’ data
- Node, Mongo in the backend, hosted as Serverless Backend on Vercel
