- This Software Engineer will be joining what will be our MWAP TEAM
Technical Skillset
- JavaScript (clientside and SSR) expertise Node.js (tooling package management) Next.js experience
- Monorepos (we use Rush but Lerna Turborepo are similar)
- Experience with application observability (telemetry observability Data Dog Sentry Splunk) systemlevel design and Webpack
- AWS Cloud experience
- Experience with automation testing JavaScript applications from Unit to E2E
Technical Experience NicetoHaves
- Experience with modular micro frontends with technologies like Module Federation Webpack 5
- Enterprise experience with large teams performing Micro Frontend migrations and upgrades
- Modularization of the frontend
- infrastructure to support scale of frontends
- building for reuse in frontend utilities
- modular pipelines for the frontend
- app shell
- centrally hosted app shell
- experience on platform application teams
- CI/CD experience and familiarity with IaC and Proxy servers (Terraform Gitlab)
- Experience with CDNs / caching / security / routing rules / etc
- Passion for and experience with technical diagramming and documentation
- Peers to this role are active in the open source community and on Twitter/Medium would be great if this candidate was too or was beginning to flex that muscle
