We are currently seeking an experienced and strategicminded (Senior) Finance Manager (m/w/d) to lead our finance processes and contribute to the overall health and growth of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial management excellent analytical skills and the ability to guide financial decisions to ensure the companys success.

Please note that this role will either be based in our Berlin Germany offices at Care with Care Recruitment or you will be working directly in Dublin Ireland for our Irish sister company CCM Recruitment International. This is therefore not a fullyremote position.

Tasks

• You will work for our Berlin office and for our Irish sister company offices based in Dublin therefore you act as an important contact person for questions about financial processes and set up for .
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Financial reporting and analysis oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements reports and analyses.
• You will manage the daytoday operations of the finance department including billing processes invoice collection and supplier payments.
• Together with your team members you will prepare and control the weekly payment cycle and ensure compliance with accounting principles regulations and reporting requirements such as IFRS and GAAP.
• Act as a liaison to external auditors/ tax advisors and for the monthly/ annual financial statements.
• Cash Management Manage the cash flow and liquidity optimising the use of funds for business operations.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance accounting or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred;
• Proven professional experience (5 years) as a finance manager specialist or accounting manager;
• Experience working within a similar function in an international setting;
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills;
• Clear communication and writing skills in English and German;
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills experience working with Sage50 is considered a strong plus;
• You possess a desire to stay informed about industry trends and keep yourself familiarised of best practices regulations and accounting standards;
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Based either in Berlin Germany or in Dublin Ireland with a willingness to travel if required.
