Senior Estimator in Construction

We are a familyowned and operated Construction Estimating manager and Highend custom home builder headquartered in suburban Philadelphia. We are currently seeking a Senior Estimator to join the team in our Kimberton office which has been our base for shaping the landscape of the Tristate area for over 90 years.

As a key member of our Estimating team you will work in a vibrant and collaborative work environment where your expertise will help shape our impressive portfolio of awardwinning projects. From Retirement communities and private schools to Religious institutions and Luxury custom homes our projects showcase our commitment to quality and innovation. Come build with us!

Qualifications:

• 10 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience estimating projects in the institutional commercial and highend custom home markets.
• Bachelors Degree in related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with estimating software (Sage Pipeline etc.).
