Senior Engineering Manager

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 1016 years of experience in software development with a strong background in Java React.js and Python.
• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Deep understanding of data structures algorithms and objectoriented design principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Prior experience in a leadership role with a passion for mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Excellent problemsolving skills with a proactive and resultsdriven mindset.
