Hours & Expectations:
o 75% inperson (LEMA is a product design and manufacturing business)
o Normal business hours (somewhat flexible)

Responsibilities and Tasks
Design and engineer microgrid scale PV solar systems energy storage projects between 5KW and 100KW in
size.
Provide technical expertise and support in planning and integrating renewable energy resources.
Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of existing and emerging technologies for planning and implementing
microgrids of the future.
Autonomously generate engineering bills of material and quote scope create CAD schematics and layouts
provide support of product manufacturing.
Understanding of related electrical codes and standards including UL508A UL698A NFPA 70 NFPA 79 NFPA
70E ISO 13849.
Use SolidWorks/AutoCAD Electrical and be able to create full schematic packages panel layouts and bill of
materials adhering to relevant electrical codes and standards.
Be a part of the growing systems engineering team developing software and electronics for electrical and
thermal power systems.
Work on a wide variety of client projects at various stages of the product development lifecycle.
A highly skilled and experienced electrical engineer is expected to be able to take complex product requirements
and design electrical solutions to meet the requirements.
Our fastpaced environment demands the ability to manage multiple projects within various disciplines and
deadlines. Highenergy selfstarters with flexibility to multitask and perform a wide range of activities will be
successful.
Previous experience with hardware selection for electrical systems is required including ICP hardware design
power and control components sensors process equipment networking instrumentation automation and
industrial controls.
Proven ability to work and collaborate in a fastpaced and multidiscipline work environment.

Experience

unknowns and will personally solve complex electrical engineering and power systems problems.

Required skills:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Power Systems.
47 years experience in solar and/or energy storage commercial industry with microgrid scale experience a plus
SolidWorks or AutoCAD Electrical Drafting.
Knowledge of 3 Phase
