Senior E-Commerce Operations Specialist

We have partnered with a large electronics company in the Dover, NJ area to provide them with a Senior E-Commerce Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities of the Senior E-Commerce Operations Specialist:

• Implements ongoing content updates for Websites and E-Commerce platform (new products, new pricing, new images, videos, promotions, etc.).
• Build all new US products and verify set up of international products in E-Commerce Adobe Experience Manager/Magento platforms with a strong attention to detail, and end to end QA.
• Coordinates Inventory Planning process with Divisional Planners for E-Commerce business on an ongoing basis.
• Entirely responsible for coordinating all E-commerce promotions (such as free shipping and discounts). This includes both operational setup in the system as well as totally independent coordination of updating the websites with the promotional banners, strike-through pricing and content, with thorough QA of promotion.
• Support the creation of digital media campaigns including, but not limited to, on-site promotions, Email and SMS calendars
• Measure and report on content performance to support ongoing optimization and make recommendations on how to improve the User Experience.
• Responsible for overseeing and tracking all pre-launch and post-sale activity, liaising with supporting departments to identify and execute actions and corrective actions when necessary.
• Work closely with E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Management teams on set-up for promotional product initiatives including Limited Edition/Special Edition models, New Product launches as well as coordinating Pre-Sale initiatives.
• Lead the SMS program by creating text campaigns including A/B testing, segmentation, growth strategies and optimization to maximize return.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed (e.g., trade shows, offsite meetings and events).
• Performs other duties and functions as assigned by Management.

Requirements of the Senior E-Commerce Operations Specialist:

• BA/BS degree in related area of study from an accredited college/university. Three to five years of relevant work experience in a Digital Marketing and/or E-Commerce environment.
• Prior experience of using Adobe Experience Manager/Magento is Preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Prior experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus No relocation assistance and/or Sponsorship available; local candidates only.
