This is a remote position.

Brand development Be responsible for shaping and maintaining Roboyo s visual identity and brand image. To include creative and strategic tasks to ensure the brand is effectively communicated both internally and externally in a manner that resonates with audiences and fosters brand loyalty. Includes developing a deep understanding of Roboyo s values mission and USPs maintaining a consistent visual identity educating internal teams on proper use of brand elements staying informed about design trends and competitor branding and ensuring quality control of all design work.

Creative Conceptualization Generating fresh and innovative ideas for effectively portraying Roboyo s offerings in unique and compelling ways.

Marketing Collateral Design original and captivating marketing materials including sales flyers whitepapers infographics presentations and assets for website social media and events that effectively communicate the value of our automation solutions.

Animation and Video Editing Lead the endtoend production of animated and video content from concept to final delivery. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements develop detailed storyboards incorporate visual effects animations and brand elements including editing and postproduction.

Website design Shape the visual identity of the Roboyo website implement best practices in UI/UX design and collaborate with web developers to bring design concepts to life.
.
Collaboration and Communication Work closely with crossfunctional teams including consultancy and delivery teams to understand project requirements and deliver assets that align with business goals.

Experience and skills you ll need to do this role:
Bachelor s degree in graphic design or a related field.
.
Proven experience (minimum 7 years) as a graphic designer or Art Director.
.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro Illustrator Photoshop InDesign) and familiarity with prototyping tools.
.
Video and editing skills.
.
Meticulous attention to visual details.
.
Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects including animation and video editing.
.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
.
Energy a can do attitude and proactive approach.
.
Good teamwork communication and networking skills.
