Millions of businesses painfully restructure data daily. As of now 80% of enterprise data will be unstructured by 2025. Doesnt sound like the world of data exchange and communication has entered the innovation phase right We free them from this painstaking process by utilizing AI technology to import filebased data effortlessly regardless of the input format.

Join our mission to offer clean and usable file data instantly. We successfully raised our preseed round from A VCs and are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to innovate our AI models and drive our data science department.

Tasks

What will you do

You will be a real innovator in the B2B SaaS space researching and developing advanced machine learning models to help our customers turn their external data into valuable assets. Join us to create a leading AI SaaS startup in Europe.

In this role you will:

• EndtoEnd Development: Youll be responsible for developing training and integrating machine learning models (supervised unsupervised LLM) for productionready deployment in our product.
• Innovate and Adapt in AI/ML: Proactively stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning quickly adapting and applying these innovations in your work while leading in the development of new algorithms to drive cuttingedge solutions.
• Testing and Optimization: Develop and implement A/B testing frameworks to rigorously test model quality ensuring our algorithms exceed performance expectations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive impactful business solutions. Translate business needs into actionable data science initiatives and present findings and reports to internal stakeholders.
• DataDriven Decision Making: Mine and analyze data from company databases providing insights that optimize and improve product development marketing strategies and overall business performance.
• Evaluate Data Sources: Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques ensuring we utilize the most reliable and relevant information for informed decisionmaking.

Requirements

What are we looking for

• You bring 4 years in data science with expertise in statistical methods and stateoftheart machine learning model development in fastpaced environments or earlystage startups
• Your expertise includes the entire lifecycle of data science projects from initiation and design to technique selection model development and deployment
• You have strong Python programming skills along with proficiency in popular packages (Pandas Numpy Sklearn) Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow) NLP frameworks (Langchain) and LLMs (Bert LLaMA GPT)
• Advanced communication skills analytical and conceptual thinking skills and fluent business English to collaborate with our overseas development team
• You have a bachelors or masters degree in applied mathematics statistics data science or a related field
• You are based in Hamburg or willing to relocate
• Experience with AWS is considered an advantage

On the other side you get a feeling of what it is like to work with us.
