Location: Remote must work PST time zone as Company based out of California

Project Overview: Looking for a Data Modeler with healthcare payer experience for a 612 month contract. The project is implementing and setting up data marts for reporting. Experience with standard conventions indexing etc. Someone who has done this type of work in the healthcare vertical and can help setup and organizing payer data for reporting.

Responsibilities:

1. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the data marts design and setup and implementation details.
   
2. Performance Optimization: Implement strategies for optimizing data retrieval and processing ensuring the system meets performance and efficiency standards. Qualifications:
   

• Deep payer Experience: Significant experience working with payer data in the healthcare sector.
  
• Data Architecture Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing data modeling particularly in Azure environments with a focus on payer date.
  
• Healthcare Vertical Knowledge: Indepth understanding of the healthcare industry including familiarity with industry standards regulations and best practices.
  
• Project Management Skills: Ability to manage project timelines milestones and deliverables effectively.
  
• Collaborative Mindset: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a remote team.
  
• ProblemSolving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective scalable solutions.
  
• Coding Proficiency: While not a codingfocused role proficiency in relevant languages (e.g. SQL) is beneficial.
