The Tech team will allow you to work alongside a group of highly ambitious and knowledgeable Engineers while being faced with complex problems.

Tasks

• Craft clean and optimize large datasets to make them useful for various business use cases.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable data intelligence solutions. Utilize machine learning techniques to extract insights and predictive analytics from data.
• Design and implement solutions for processing and analyzing data in realtime to support dynamic business needs and decisionmaking processes.
• Analyze repetitive and predictive tasks in aftersales processes to understand customer behavior predict future needs and automate routine tasks.
• Lead the development of a robust data platform including data store pipeline architecture and data warehouse infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data engineering particularly with big data technologies and platforms.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis.
• Handson experience with realtime data processing frameworks such as Kafka or Spark.
• Familiarity with buyer experience optimization strategies including catalog management and pricing algorithms.
• Proficiency with data platform development and cloudbased technologies preferably with exposure to Databricks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
• Ability to adapt to a fastpaced dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving organization.
