Purpose of the job

Data is absolutely central to our products and the lifeblood of our services. As a Senior DataAnalyst your primary role is to leverage data to support the design build and optimize commercialmodels for loyalty programs focusing on travel consumer experience.
As a Senior Data Analyst you will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer segmentation andengagement strategies driving the earning and redemption of loyalty points defining member tiersand maximizing members status.
Your advanced analytical skills will be instrumental in creating sophisticated models and
frameworks to shape track and measure the success of loyalty programs empowering clients togain deeper insights into their consumers.
You will collaborate closely with analytical professionals marketing automation engineers andcrossfunctional peers across UK and Dubai offices engaging directly with clients to understandtheir business challenges and facilitate the achievement of their objectives.
To support Professional Services Analytics Strategy Delivery and Client Services teams
by delivering accurate analytical client deliverables on time and to specification.
Derive value from the data to allow stakeholders to make informed choices
Work with the Senior Analysts and Planners to feed insight into marketing communications
Deliver data driven solutions to support clients marketing activities
Delivery of data analytics for a range of clients within the company
Work with internal teams to ensure client needs are met whilst ensuring projects stay
within scope timeline and quality

Key Responsibilities

Perform efficient and accurate data analytics on large volumes of customer data including
data mining statistics business analysis post campaign analysis and reporting
Collaborate with Senior Insight Analyst to understand and address project and client
requirements utilizing data and analytical tools to meet specified needs
Lead and manage endtoend insight projects taking ownership of project delivery and
ensuring concise and impactful insights are derived
Work with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and analytical
solutions
Interrogate data sources to deliver answers
Process and interpret data to derive value and uncover meaningful patterns
Produce analysis that leads to insights and recommendations in collaboration with
Planning team
Take data briefs according to requirements from stakeholders both internal and external
and translate into analytical steps or reporting framework as needed.
Oversee daytoday data analytics operations in coordination with Senior Insight Analysts
ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analytical outputs
Ensure deliverables are supplied on time and correct meeting or exceeding expectations.
Establish and follow QC procedures and ensure consistency of analytical output both for
yourself and your peers
Act as a subject matter expert on data strategy matters addressing issues related to datasupply quality and consistency for Collinson clients
Lead initiatives for automation and standardisation of repetitive tasks or analytical work.
Follow processes and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient service to internal and
external clients

Knowledge skills and experience required


Strong technical acumen with an indepth understanding of complex data assets and
structures particularly within CRM or customer loyalty domains. Proficient in handling
diverse data types including transactional data customer profiles demographics social
media data digital interactions earn/burn histories 3rd party enrichment data and open
data.
Advanced commercial awareness ability to grasp and address client business needs
effectively across various industries
Advanced proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools and techniques with a focus on
loyalty analytics to drive actionable insights
Sound experience/knowledge in more than one of the following:
Expert in campaign performance evaluation and response analysis
o Customer profiling and CHAID analysis
o Statistical analysis for marketing industry
o Business analysis and commercial modelling
o Univariate and Multivariate analysis techniques
Sound understanding of basic statistics and ability to explain terms to nontechnical
stakeholders
Current trends in data science and analytics
Current trends in Loyalty and awareness of Commercial/business issues
Core Skills
Extensive handson experience ideally from previous Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst
roles manipulating and deriving insight from complex customer and transactional data
Ability to present insights in a clear way so Senior Analysts and Planners can interpret and
make business and marketing recommendations
Knowledge of travel hotels retail or financial services industries and/or customer loyalty
schemes an advantage
Proficiency with tools like SQL Alteryx Python or equivalents
Practical experience using BI or visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
Proven project management skills
Good organisational skills with a practical and systematic approach to project work theability to multitask and prioritise
Competent at resource and work stack planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Understanding of emotional intelligence and empathy in a business context
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make effective decisions in deadlinedriven
situations
