Founded in April 2019 it is a B2B agricultural commodities trading marketplace for agriculture suppliers and buyers across Indias Agri value chain. As a leading agriculture trading App it aims to bridge the information asymmetry and lack of accountability in agricultural commodity trading. Since Its launch it has expanded across 28 states 2000 regions and 30000 users. We currently have a lean team of 350 and are growing on a rocket trajectory.
B2B Agriculture Traders who control 80% of India s USD 300 Bn Agri value chain have limited access to technology information and credit. The app helps these customers/MSMEs discover each other along with the counter party s rating so that customers can transact with minimal friction by accessing it s layer of trust & reliability. The suppliers and buyers are not just able to transact with or discover each other but are also able to find out metadata of each other to make faster & reliable transactions through the mobile application.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex data identify trends and generate actionable insights.
2. Reporting and Visualization: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics using tools like Tableau Power BI or similar.
3. Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through quality control and validation processes.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including IT marketing finance and operations to support datadriven decisionmaking.
5. Project Management: Lead datarelated projects including defining scope setting timelines and managing resources.
6. Mentoring and Training: Provide guidance and training to junior data analysts and other team members.
Requirement
1. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or related field.
2. Experience: inimu 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in a senior role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL Python/R and data visualization tools.
4. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets.
5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to present complex data to nontechnical audiences.
6. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various departments.
Must Have
- 4 years hands on experience in SQL and Advance Excel
- Team Handling experience of at least 2 years
- Experience inapp based data analysis
- Experience in App based startup
Location Gurgaon (Hybrid)
Salary 30% hike on current CTC upto 30 LPA
