Your tasks

Become part of our successful direct-to-consumer brand with a sustainable mission!
Together with your team, you will ensure that our customers are always happy and satisfied and that we make sustainable gardening possible for everyone.

  • You are responsible for the quality of our customer communication and manage internal and cross-team projects for maximum customer satisfaction.
  • You implement smart, growth-oriented processes to increase standardisation and automation in customer service.
  • You improve our processes and tools and optimise the interfaces between our ticketing system and connected systems such as ERP or shop.
  • You get involved hands-on in the day-to-day business of our specialised 2nd and 3rd level support, identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions and independently take care of their implementation with the team.

Requirements

  • You have at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in process optimisation, general business development or in a leading role in customer service (b2c, d2c).
  • You have already gained concrete experience in working with and optimising CRM or ERP tools, ideally as a key user.
  • You are a "Natural-Born-Team-Creature", to whom perfect communication, rapport, efficiency and transparency are a natural concern and come easily to hand.
  • You bring self-motivation and spirit and inspire not only yourself but also others for your topics.
  • You speak fluent German (C2) and English (C1) - further language skills are an advantage.
