date! Our Customer Service department is looking for a Customer Service Representative
(English) that will interact with customers to provide information in response
to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Tasks

Senior Customer Service Executive Multilingual

Sunny Gibraltar!!

25-30,000 + inclusive of Bonus/Overtime Pay + Relocation Allowance

Accountabilities:

  • Handle player queries via phone, email and
    chat on a range of issues to the highest quality standard
  • Maximise customer retention through promotion
    of various products, activities, bonus offers etc.
  • Communicate and cooperate with other
    departments to improve the player experience
  • Adhere to all standard operating procedures in
    place and escalate any changes to the CS Handbook
  • Deal with player queries promptly and
    accurately
  • Flex across teams to support spikes in volume
    where you have capacity
  • Maximise revenue opportunities by offering
    relevant deposit methods to players proactively
  • Test new games, products and software to
    remain up to date with the Company offering
  • Adhere to the formal Complaints procedure and
    support players through this process
  • Protect our players at all times, escalating
    Responsible Gambling concerns at the earliest opportunity
  • Provide technical support the CS agents to
    provide the best possible service to players
  • Buddy up with all new starters to give thorough
    on the job training Receive escalated player
    concerns and take on the harder cases to support the CS agent team

Requirements

You will have solid 1-2 Years Online Gaming experience and happy to relocate to Gibraltar and Multilingual preferrably Brazilian/Portuguese/German fluent to Professional level.
