Senior Credit Analyst Insurance

We are hiring for a Senior Credit Analyst for our fantastic Insurance client based in Belgium. As a Senior Credit Analyst you will play a crucial role in proactively managing a portfolio of buyers conducting onsite visits to gather essential information and representing our client locally.

The role reports to the Head of Credit Assessment Benelux.

Main Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage a portfolio of buyers
  
• Conduct onsite visits to gather relevant financial information for buyer assessment
  
• Define accurate credit ratings to minimize losses
  
• Maintain communication with Finance Directors and Treasurers of buyers through various channels
  
• Perform financial and credit analysis to determine appropriate credit ratings
  
• Contribute to our clients growth ambitions by providing adhoc analysis and qualified business leads to the Commercial Department
  

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Economics Finance Banking Business Administration or Risk Management
  
• 4 years of experience in financial management Credit Insurance Risk/BankingCorporate industry
  
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment
  
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  
• Proactive detailoriented and resultsdriven
  
• Strong organizational and problemsolving skills
  
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
