Requirements

• +10 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant required
  
• Bachelor s degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism or similar field
  
• Able to work in Galileo
  
• Experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant with Clientele in the Film, Media and
  
• Entertainment
  
• Experience working with HNW (High-Net Worth) Clientele
  
• Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs and currencies
  
• Sound knowledge of fares and rules for both domestic and international travel
  
• Understanding travel policies and procedures
  
• Ability to work in a high intensity environment
  
• Ability to meet deadlines, targets and attention to detail critical
  
• Demonstrable ability to handle crises, high stress periods of 3-4 months
  

Responsibilities

• Issue full domestic and multi sector international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B
  
• Build and manage client base via different enquiry channels and data-mining to drive repeat and referral business
  
• Handle and oversee all travel arrangements (accommodation, flights, ) and operations
  
• Ability to calculate round the world fares
  
• Provide advice on travel documents, insurance,
  
• Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
  
• Diagnose the clients specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services
  
• Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday material
