We are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Lawyer to support the growth of our Corporate/M&A Department in Senior Corporate Lawyer (m/f/d)
Permanent Employment Agreement - Full Time

Your tasks:

• Advising local and international clients on the full spectrum of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, group restructurings and
  refinancings, venture capital transactions, ;
• Ensuring the daily coordination between clients, counterparty lawyers, and services providers;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of legal and corporate documents, in particular capacity and enforceability legal opinions;
• Managing and coaching the corporate team members;
• Coordinating legal researches;

Your profile:

• Experience: At least 6 years of experience practicing Corporate law;
• Qualification: Master's degree in Law - admission to the Luxembourg Bar or any other European Bar would be an advantage;
• Languages: Fluent in English and French;
• Skills: Proactive, dynamic, team player with good communication
