Position Overview: As the Senior Controller you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations and strategies of their healthcare organization. You will lead a team of financial professionals and collaborate with key stakeholders to drive financial performance and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organizations longterm goals and objectives.
3. Revenue Cycle Management: Manage revenue cycle processes including billing collections and reimbursement analysis.
4. Cost Management: Monitor and analyze costs identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
5. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and performance metrics to support decisionmaking and drive operational excellence.
6. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations accounting standards and internal controls.
7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement.
8. Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare financial forecasts variance analysis and financial modeling to support strategic initiatives.
9. Audit and Tax Compliance: Coordinate financial audits and tax filings liaising with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
10. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams executives and external partners to support organizational objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
2. Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in financial management with significant experience in the healthcare industry.
3. Strong understanding of healthcare finance reimbursement methodologies and regulatory requirements.
4. Proven track record of financial leadership strategic planning and operational excellence.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
6. Proficiency in financial software and systems including ERP systems and financial modeling tools.
7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
8. Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.
