Senior Content Analyst

Job Description :
A highly motivated individual to create and manage the content internally and externally. This role require the use of writing and editing skills to ensure that the articles published are of highest quality. Understanding of the workings of a support organization, content management, and search engine optimization are critical for this role.

Responsibilities :
1. Edit articles for completeness, style, and accuracy to ensure it reflects organization's commitment to quality
2. Review the content consumption by customers and devise strategies to ensure better adoption
3. Track and report on regular KPIs, plan to work on metrics that need improvement
4. Plan, develop, and write highly technical information that describes the functionality and behavior of products/services
5. Gather information from technical specialists and SMEs and write FAQs, technical tips, and white papers on common problems reported by customers

Qualification :
1. Bachelor?s degree in English/Journalism or equivalent technical experience
2. 3+ years in the field of technical writing/content management/knowledge management
3. Must be reliable and able to meed all deliverable deadlines
