Job Responsibilities:

• To provide professional services in innovative solutions by applying technologies such as AI Robotics and Manufacturing etc. and integrated services that align with the Divisions strategy to meet market demands and support the development of New Industrialization in Hong Kong Mainland and overseas.
• To assist the Unit Head in formulating and executing the development roadmap for the teams business technology and capabilities to adapt to changing environments and ensure sustainable growth.
• To lead the team in delivering professional services to achieve annual goals financial targets and assigned KPIs.
• To enhance collaborations with industries associations professional bodies and government bureau to explore new business opportunities identify and engage clients and establish a strong reputation and a healthy project pipeline.
• To assist the Unit Head and General Manager in driving new initiatives undertaking adhoc tasks and collaborating closely with other team leads to accomplish the Divisions goals.
• To support project management and handle adhoc tasks when required such as overseeing project planning budgeting and resource allocation.
• To occasionally travel to mainland China or overseas for projectrelated activities business meetings and client negotiation.

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelors degree or above in disciplines such as AI Computer Science Automation Intelligent Systems and Control Mechatronics and Robotics Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 5 years or more relevant experience.
• At least 3 years of solid experience in technical solutions development and professional services.
• Preferably handson experience in related project management and implementation.
• A nicetohave strong business relationship with industries R&D institutions and/or government bureau.
• An indepth understanding of emerging technologies such as AI Robotics and AIoT.
• A track record in team management business development and technology development related to integrated systems innovative solutions robotics and automation etc.
• Demonstrated innovative thinking maturity selfmotivation willingness to take on challenges ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal presentation and communication skills
