Tasks

• Support customers in their human experience management journey by providing advice on the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes.
• Analyze business processes and develop customerspecific process suggestions and improvements.
• Take responsibility and act as a (partial) Project Manager for implementation projects in the area of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Work independently within a collaborative team environment to develop ideas and solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues at ORBIS People to design a job role that fosters personal and professional development.
• Lead innovative and cuttingedge projects as a lead consultant ensuring overall project success.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a (senior) consultant in the SAP SuccessFactors module Employee Central including experience in multiple implementation projects.
• Very good knowledge and certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central ideally supplemented by further certifications.
• Proficiency in analyzing business processes and providing customerspecific process suggestions and improvements.
• Willingness to take responsibility and act as a (partial) project manager for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation projects.
• Ability to advise and support customers in the introduction of SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on core HR processes.
• Desire to share knowledge with colleagues and support less experienced consultants in their training.
• High level of selforganization and communication skills.
• Fluent German and good knowledge of English.
• Moderate willingness to travel.
