Senior Consultant (Reinsurance - Frankfurt)

Our client is a well-known German management consultancy with over 1450 employees worldwide focusing on the insurance services, financial services and much more. In 19 different locations and growing by the minute, you will find an international environment known for always using the most innovative technologies and carrying out the most interesting projects, this way they are looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant to join their reinsurance teams.

Tasks

You can sail comfortably in the reinsurance business and predict how it will change
over the next years (including the challenges that it will face). Since you are an IT lover, you can support and advise our reinsurance clients on the digital transformation of their assumed or retro reinsurance business (P&C and L&H). Together with your international team you will develop projects around the world supporting the entire lifecycle of system modernization or implementing the state-of-the-art reinsurance platforms. Along with multiple areas, you will be designing end to end solutions within the areas of: Pricing, Data Strategy, Data Management, Underwriting, Claims Management, Technical Accounting and Finance.

Requirements

You have been working for at least 3 years in a management consulting or inhouse insurance company with a focus on insurance, reinsurance, or specialty/commercial business. You can develop IT projects in your sleep and organize them with waterfall or agile methodology. Navigating in underwriting/claims management/technical accounting/actuarial activities is quite easy for you and your great English helps you to communicate that. You aspire to travel with your job when it s needed. Lastly, you completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, engineering, computer science or mathematics.
