Senior Consultant - PMO Support - ISO 20022 - IT

Responsibilities:
In this role you will be responsible for facilitating various project tasks to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with end users and Head Office to create planning papers for UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals.

• Leading tasks related to UAT/ BCP/ Migration/ Business rehearsals in coordination with end users and Head Office.

• Facilitating meetings and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders in Singapore and Japan.

• Adjusting project scopes and requirements as necessary.

• Undertaking other relevant tasks as assigned by the project manager including documentation and information gathering.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of banking or consulting firm working experience.

• Min. 3 years of experience in Banking Payment Business encompassing eBanking remittance cross border payment etc.

• Comprehensive understanding of SWIFT Message types and structures (e.g. MT101 MT103 MT940) and MX format (e.g. pain001 pacs008 camt053).

• Familiarity with best practices for handling ISO20022 regulation changes and the ability to find reasonable solutions tailored to specific banking corporations.

• Proficiency in documentation presentation and meeting facilitation Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese to liaise with Japanese speaking clients and counterparts.

• Demonstrated facilitation skills in managing multiple stakeholders.

• Familiar with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process is a plus

• Good to have Systematic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. PMP).
