Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Engage and manage the client as a single point of contact for construction operations transformation.
• Coordinate & understand client projects processes plans etc.
• Setup and implement Livsyt across client projects as per client requirements.
• Conduct product training and hand hold the customer on using the product
• Interact and liaison with client users and teams on various procedures such as resolution of queries / issue / escalation etc.
• Proactively support client management by undertaking & presenting project related analysis based insights from data in Livsyt to help clients expedite construction.
• Prepare case studies to quantify and present the impact of Livsyt delivered to client projects.
• Undertake client feedback on product for improvements and provide it to the product team for consideration.
• Ensure highest quality of the software delivery to clients.
• Ensure completion of project delivery milestones as per schedule.
• Provide product demos whenever required and help the sales team in securing deals.

Experience and Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering from a reputed college (preferably Tier 1 college).
• MBA / PGDM from a Tier 1 College.
• 4 years of work experience.
• Experience of working on construction project sites preferably roads or metro or buildings.
• Experience of preparing and delivering high quality presentations to clients / customers / internal stakeholders.
• Experience in using MS Excel or similar tools for analysis modeling dashboards etc.
• Experience of working with project management software.
