Role and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing business process determining areas for improvement and implementing solutions Gathering and Documenting requirements and conducting analysis.
• Developing Business optimization strategies.
• Documenting and communicating across crossfunctional teams including technical team.
• Create comprehensive Test Scenarios based on requirements and Performing UAT Facilitating between stakeholders technical team and users
• Monitoring timely completion of project milestones and activities
  Able to apply change management approach and methodology throughout the project including preparation of related documentation and reports
