We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie for our client a Michelinrecommended restaurant in Kilkenny Ireland.
Candidate information/requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have at two years of proven work experience in a busy restaurant hotel or similar environment
- Qualification from a culinary school
- HACCP Health and Safety and Food Safety Protocols knowledge
- Knowledge of best practices for safety and sanitation passion for delivering great food and service
- Ability to work in a paced environment
- A good level of English is required
About the job:
- Permanent fulltime position
- If moving to Ireland from abroad you will be provided with two weeks of free accommodation. After that you would be paying between 500 € – 600 € per month for a private room in the nearby area
- Salary after tax in Ireland for this Chef de Partie role will be 35.000 € to 40.000 € gross per year (2.460 € to 2.770 € net per month) for 40 hours per week
- Salary is paid weekly
- Your duties will be to: work on the hot sections and mains follow directions provided by the head chef collaborate with the rest of the culinary team to ensure highquality food and service stocktaking and ordering supplies for your station keep your area of the kitchen safe and sanitary
