MustHaves
- More than 5 years of business & finance working experience
- Advanced knowledge of the fleet related ERP systems and technical accounting & reporting frameworks
- Strong internal controls understanding & background within all aspects of business
- Excellent analytical and communication skills working with all levels within a cross functional organization
- Reliable and accurate with a strong sense of autocontrol / consistency check.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks to manage changing priorities and tight deadlines
- Problem solving oriented attitude
- Support in the defining of a regional framework for the sustainable growth of the EMEA business proposition
- Developing a strong internal controls framework and mindset within the entire organization
- Providing sound financial acumen to support the growth of the organization by reviewing and positively challenging tender business case and sales forecasts with the fleet sales team
- Managing the EMEA Profit & Loss Statement for the EMEA business and supporting Controlling in the effective and accurate management of all mileage related Balance Sheet assets and inventories
- Managing the EMEA financial forecast AOP and Rv4C processes
- Working at the intersection with local Cluster teams to ensure the strategy internal controls and processes are adhered to and implemented
- Working at the intersection with the business and IT teams to ensure the evolution of an automated and integrated business with all ERP and reporting systems. Respond to adhoc queries
