We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with a passion for the digital realm. This fully remote position calls for individuals who can effectively engage both small businesses and large enterprises meeting set KPIs and providing customized UIUX solutions.

Tasks

Job Description
Zensite is on the lookout for a Senior Business Development Manager with a laser focus on the Singaporean landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for technology and digital innovation and exemplary communication abilities. This role requires engaging with executives team members and clients across various projects requiring a candidate who can significantly contribute to achieving stellar business outcomes. The responsibility includes harnessing opportunities to drive growth and meet sales goals in a flexible working environment potentially involving travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute comprehensive sales and business strategies to attract new clients within Singapore.
  • Conduct impactful planning sessions and meetings with potential accounts.
  • Collaborate with leadership to prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and contracts promptly.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on activities and outcomes to management weekly.
  • Deeply understand the business requirements and motivations of key target accounts.
  • Recommend and implement effective solutions processes and techniques for client accounts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into client solutions.
  • Successfully pitch and secure agreements with target clients for suitable solutions.

Requirements

  • 34 years of proven success in enterprise solutions sales or business development with a strong preference for experience in Technology/Digital services.
  • Demonstrated ability in identifying negotiating and closing largescale deals.
  • Skilled in engaging and presenting to senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to generate highvolume pipelines and forecast sales with accuracy.
  • Exceptional English communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
