Senior Business Consultant Syteline Implementation

Position Overview:

As a Senior Business Consultant you will be instrumental in delivering highquality consulting and training services to our clients focusing primarily on supporting their CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) system. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of project execution client interaction documentation development enduser training and solution analysis. Additionally depending on your expertise you may also provide consulting services in other areas such as business process reengineering.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute Project Plans: Implement project plans effectively to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
2. Client Interaction: Engage with clients both remotely and onsite to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
3. Documentation Development: Develop comprehensive deliverable documentation for clients detailing project progress solutions and recommendations.
4. End User Training: Conduct training sessions for end users to facilitate their understanding and adoption of CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.
5. Solution Analysis: Analyze complex tacticallevel problems and recommend suitable solutions to address them effectively.
6. Business Process Analysis: Perform a thorough analysis of manufacturing business processes and develop models to streamline operations.
7. Test Plan Development: Develop test plans to ensure the reliability and functionality of implemented solutions.
8. System Testing: Conduct system testing to validate the performance and functionality of CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine implementations.
9. Reporting: Prepare internal and external status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and milestones.
10. Special Projects: Undertake special projects training sessions and other activities as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

1. CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine Experience: Proficiency in Infor CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine versions 10 9 or 8 is required.
2. Travel: Ability to travel at least 50% within the US with occasional international travel.
3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to analyze complex business problems and recommend solutions.
4. ERP Implementation Experience: Prior experience in ERP implementation projects is essential.
5. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
6. DecisionMaking Ability: Ability to make independent decisions and recommendations based on best practices and experience.
7. Initiative: Eagerness to take initiative in learning new skills and applying them effectively.
8. Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Word Excel PowerPoint and other relevant software applications.
9. Industry Experience: At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing with 3 years of experience specifically in CloudSuite Industrial/SyteLine.
10. Consulting Experience: 3 years of consulting or business analyst experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
11. Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
