Job Description:

Senior Business Consultant (ServiceNow) is expected to position ServiceNow solutions by understanding customers business requirements. They will also lead assessment driven advisory activities focused on ServiceNow as a platform for transformation.

Lead workshops to understand customers business imperatives technology landscape and transformation priorities

Perform framework driven assessment to benchmark customers maturity levels across specific domains & functions

Map customers business problems to ServiceNow solutions

Present a PoV to customer on how will leverage the platform to address their priorities

Prepare business case for ServiceNow driven transformation

Craft a solution roadmap aligned with customers business and technology strategy

Overall experience of 15 years; 6 years of experience in ServiceNow

Experience across ITSM ITOM HAM SAM SPM Customer/Employee Experience Operational excellence and Industry Solutions

Experience in Advisory Consulting Sales and Solutions roles is preferred

Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders from within the organization customer as well as partner

Experience leading large transformation programs is preferable.

Good oral and written communication skills

Good organizational and personal skills to communicate with business stakeholders

Proactive selfdriven motivated and results orientated

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
