Job Title: Senior Business Analyst with Cots Experience

Location: Lansing MI Hybrid (Onsite 2 Days a Week) (Need Local Candidates or Nearby States)

Job Description:

Experience with the State of Michigan Methodology Must be able to hit the ground running!

4 Years Experience with large scale enterprisewide vendor solution deployment for Enrolment Broker system.

2 Years Experience working with Accounting and Finance projects.

8 Years Experience Multidisciplined IT Background with experience writing requirements for COTS solutions.

4 Years Experience in RFP requirements writing that have resulted in successful COTS implementations.

10 Years Experience with drafting requirement traceability matrices and test plans for requirement validation

12 Years Experience Strong verbal and written communications skills

4 Years Experience Skilled with IT process/methodology (e.g. ITIL COBIT LEAN Six Sigma CMM) and experience implementing.

10 Years Experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) session facilitation
