Position: Senior Business Analyst (Sr BA Analyst)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in understanding business needs analyzing processes and translating requirements into effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
3. Utilize industry best practices to create clear and concise functional specifications.
4. Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and drive consensus.
5. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
6. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with at least X years in a senior role.
3. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Proficiency in relevant tools/software.
6. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) is a plus.
