Must Have:
Experience in working as a business analyst for implementing eCommerce solutions (B2B and B2C environment)
Atlassian tools like Jira Confluence
Hybris SAP Commerce Platform
Functional and technical expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud ( Hybris )technology or similar
Experience in agile methodologies and fast paced environment
Good knowledge in Atlantis based tools like Confluence and JIRA
Excellent communication and mentoring skill
Take the lead on gathering requirements and describing user stories for the B2B SAP Commerce solution
Writing Epics and User Stories in detail an preparing acceptance criteria
Knowledge of eCom F amewo ks like Magento AEM Hyb is Shopify
Take care of the end2end processes in the eCommerce ecosystem
Working closely with developers and design teams to clarifying requirements
Work closely with Product Owner Team Business and Design Team (UX) to understand business needs
Handover elaborated requirements to the development teams and support them by providing clarifications
Produce concise and accurate functional documentation to support the business learning curve
Nice to Have
Practical experience in the B2B Industry (optional: steel trading business)
Experience in SAP ERP and SAP Commerce integration scenarios and processes
