Senior Business Analyst

We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst for one of our clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science Information Technology or related field. A masters degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst ideally with X years of experience in a technologydriven environment.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile and Scrum.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to grasp complex business scenarios and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Proficiency in requirement management tools and techniques such as Use Case Modeling BPMN User Story Mapping etc.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects concurrently managing priorities and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit and document business requirements from stakeholders ensuring they are clear complete and actionable.
• Collaborate with clients and technical teams to understand project objectives and align business requirements with technical capabilities.
• Analyze complex business processes identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions that align with industry best practices.
• Create detailed functional specifications user stories use cases and other relevant documentation to guide development and testing teams.
• Facilitate workshops interviews and discussions to capture business needs and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility studies risk assessments and costbenefit analyses for potential projects and enhancements.
• Assist in defining project scope goals and deliverables and contribute to project planning and estimation activities.
• Ensure proper traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle addressing changes and impact analysis as necessary.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop test scenarios test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices related to business analysis and technology advancements.
