Senior Business Analyst - ERP/SAP programme

you will need strong process skills - process mapping skills - this is a big project looking at the functionality and ways of working and with experience of workshops etc

UK Hybrid working / Remote with Travel as needed

18 month initial FTC with expectations to go perm!

Standard Package

Salary NEG doe up to 60K
Grade 3 car allowance TBC / Expenses paid for travel

Purpose of the position

Reporting tothe project manager, thisrole willbe responsible forgatheringbusiness requirementsand collating, validating and maintaining people related data.These requirements, supported by the evidenced underlying data, will inform functional level organisation design and the services offered to colleagues in the wider business.

Accountabilities

Thisrolewilldeliverbusiness analysis activities, including:

Extracting requirements from stakeholders to inform service provision to meet business needs

Documenting As Is business processes,to produce process maps at the various levels (L1,L2.L3) includingprocess models andother supportingdocumentsand working with stakeholders to design and document the To Be state

Developingandmanipulatingdata collectionsfrom core systemssystemsto ensure accurate capture of key people related statistics such as departmental headcount, spans, layers and job family statistics

Presentingdata andbusiness analysis findings to stakeholdersusing easily consumed visuals, dashboards and charts

Workingwith business teams and other departments to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related issues

Providingtechnical and analytical support to enablethe organization to fully exploititsinformation resource

Key activities

Businessanalysis creating and maintainingprocessesandguidancethat enablesstakeholderstooptimizeperformance, identify issues and takedata drivenactions to resolve issues.

Data capture and analysis of functional level people statistics

Strategic analysis conducting deep diveexerciseof analysis to provide insight into identified businessissuesor proactively drive recommendations to improvebusiness operation.

Experience

You will be a team player,haveexcellent interpersonal skills, all of which enable you todevelopstrong and trustedrelationships within theorganisation.

You will be keen to contribute to the achievement of the Business slong-term strategic growthand will ideally have some orallthe following:

Experience in usingbusiness analysis tools and techniques.

Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs, with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence

Working with, analyzing and communicating data to a range of audiences

Strong stakeholder management skills and effective communicator.

Self-motivated, proactive and customer focused with excellentorganisationalskills.

Have experience managing multiple stakeholders and external suppliers within a single project.

Willingness to travel to other UK locations
