We are looking for a Senior Business consultant/analyst to support in a structured and proactive way in carrying out the transformation measurement. The transformation measurement should be carried out at 15 chains in Q1.
You do this together with a multilevel team. The transformation measurement takes place on the basis of document analysis a questionnaire interviews and a focus group.
The role of the business analyst/consultant is both to participate in the setup (largely already established) the implementation and the reporting.
The transformation measurement focuses on the maturity level of the chain in terms of SAFe Agile. You will work in a team of Business consultants of around 10 people to carry out this measurement. Some newly recruited some already on board for onboarding training and mentoring. This team in turn is part of a larger team approx. 25 consultants who are working on guiding this transformation. In the team we are looking for 3 senior BAs 3 medior BAs and 1 junior BA.Below is an outline of the work ahead for the entire team:
Document analysis: extracting and analysing documentation requested from the chain for the purpose of thorough analysis
Questionnaire: Preparation of the questionnaire Sharing within all chains followup between midJanuary and midMarch 2024 Analysing the results and editing them in such a way that it can be included in the report.
Interviews: 8 interviews per chain (120 in total) between midJanuary and midMarch 2024. Planning conducting and elaborating the interviews. An analysis and substantiated scoring of the results and editing them to include in the report. Preparing a basic roadmap for the chain based on the findings in the questionnaire and interviews.
Focus group: 1 focus group session per chain 15 in total at the end of March. halfday per session planned prepared and supervised. Process results into a roadmap per chain and final report.
Reporting: developing a dashboard together with powerBI consultant and inputting the results after analysis to make them visual
Requirements
Required capabilities of the Business consultant/analyst:
Accurate analytical able to master complex subject matter quickly and put it in context
Experience with qualitative research experience with/knowledge of SAFe (scaled agile framework) affinity with public organisation politically sensitive proactive resultoriented
stakeholder management in politicaladministrative environment communicatively strong
Experience in guiding groups and hosting workshops factual writing of findings able to
challenge findings and search for solid substantiation cooperative.
