In this role you will be at the forefront of customer interaction working directly with their clients to analyze requirements and design innovative CRM solutions tailored to their needs.

Requirements

What Theyre Looking For:

• A degree in business informatics computer science marketing or comparable working expertise.
• Extensive experience in CRM solutions particularly within financial institutions.
• Proficiency in BSI CRM software key requirement (knowledge of Finnova is a plus!).
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills with a flair for problemsolving.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Fluency in German and flexibility for national travel.
