Job Responsibilities:

• Graphic design and storyboarding Social media asset creation and mocks Presentation and internal review of creative work

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of digital dynamics and trends
• Interpret project briefs and create multichannel socialfirst content and campaigns
• Own the art direction for our social media channels websites and blogs
• Research and generate cryptocurrencyrelated assets for branding and marketing collateral
• Conceptualize creative ideas ranging from overarching concepts to visual design maintaining the brands high standards of creativity and professionalism
• Effectively communicate intricate concepts collaborating with diverse teams including PR crossfunctional departments on branding marketing and partnership initiatives
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director including writers motion designers and producers
• Manage multiple projects liaising with internal teams and external vendors/freelancers
• Stay updated on the latest crypto and industry trends consistently contributing fresh ideas to content creation
• Execution of creative work including: Graphic design and storyboarding Social media asset creation and mocks Presentation and internal review of creative work

Job requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Communication Design Web or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in creative roles in agencies or senior inhouse positions
• Experience with various social and digital platforms for advertising and marketing
• Experience in developing concepts in the creative industry
• Proven ability to meet deadlines devise project completion plans and execute them promptly
• Strong team player qualities: demonstrate good judgment ownership enthusiasm with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive attitude: eager to share ideas solve problems and open to continuous learning
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs in a fastpaced environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing social video and branded content
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Figma is beneficial
• Bilingual in English and Chinesewill be highly advantageous
• Good understanding of the regional/cultural landscape in the web3/crypto communities
