Our client has an immediate need for a senior bookkeeper / assistant
controller who will be responsible for managing our clients financial
operations.

Position Responsibilities

Plan coordinate and execute all accounting functions for the
business. This includes General Ledger Financial Statements
Monthend close Balance Sheets daily entries etc.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivables for the
organization

Handle all tax and audit that complies with local state and federal
government reporting requirements and tax filings including
corporate income and sales related tax

Resolve any issues with client receivables

Able to communicate with outside CPA and financial institutions

All banking including reconciliations and bank statements

Manage all fixed assets including loan lease management

Work with management and ownership across the organization to
develop policies and procedures for successful cash flow and
profitability

Identify process improvements when necessary

Oversee payroll management

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Competencies

Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner

Experience working in an accounting finance environment

Strong expertise in QuickBooks including report building and class
system

Strong expertise in Excel

Ability to work successfully in a fastpaced environment with
minimal oversight demonstrating an ability to follow through with
completion

Ability to learn other software platforms

Familiarity with ADP Run

Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; or relevant
work experience

510 years of progressive relevant accounting/bookkeeping/controller
experience

Ability to work for a small organization

Works collaboratively and supports organizations priorities

Salary Max : $ 110000
