• Lead mentor and inspire a team of software engineers fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Substantial experience in software development with a strong track record of leading and mentoring teams.
• Proficiency in architectural design and software development best practices.
