Job Description:

Performing data entry of invoicing transactions to Microsoft Solomon and preparation of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets Invoice data entry and strong sql experience required

Proactively testing data in the companys software to repair billing errors

Validating invoice data for accuracy prior to release and in accordance with contract terms

Completing all data reporting reviews and validation on schedule to ensure for timely and accurate billing.

Analyze client invoicing requirements and generate custom excelbased invoice templates and system generated invoices on a daily basis for various engineering and construction contracts

Communicate with Operations management throughout the process to ensure timely receipt of data and submission of invoices

Review billing data to ensure completeness and accuracy

Oversee and participate in Billing and Accounts Receivable functions

Work with Senior Accountant and Office Manager on a daily basis
