Gear Up for Success: Essential Qualifications

• CPA qualification
  
• Typically 67 years of experience in an audit environment
  
• Demonstrated experience in controlling and completing assignments
  
• Supervisory experience
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel and Word)
  
• Advanced proficiency in CaseWare
  
• At least 6 years in external audit with leadership experience
  

Your Impact: Unveiling Key Responsibilities

• Control and run audit engagements (assignment categorization page 6) for a portfolio of clients with some Manager/Director assistance and ensure the successful completion of concurrent audits (reporting to Manager or directly to Directors and Partners).
  
• Within controlled assignments manage all subordinates according to HLB s technical and administrative standards.
  
• Utilize team skills effectively to complete concurrent assignments.
  
• Develop staff thereby elevating team competence and measurable productivity.
