Hiring Associate / Senior Associate for Mergers and aquisition. ( Remote work)

Responsibilities
Being involved and conducting Legal Due Diligence required for the purpose of acquisition and investment transactions.
Negotiating drafting and vetting of term sheets shareholders agreement share subscription agreements share purchase agreements.
Negotiating drafting and vetting asset purchase agreements intellectual property assignment agreements employment agreements in relation to a corporate transaction.
Provide opinion and advice in relation to provisions under the Companies Act 2013 FEMA rules and regulations and other allied laws.
Lead teams with respect to a corporate transaction and should have ability to interact and communicate with clients.
Assist in developing internal legal systems and processes.
Requirements
Law graduate from a reputed college.
Good drafting skills and legal acumen are the key contribute which are being sought in the candidate. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
Ability to identify and interpret applicable laws and rules.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and presentation skills. Flexible to work.
Solution oriented approach.
Hands on relevant experience of 3 years
An analytical mind with problemsolving skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
