As a Senior Asset Management Specialist you will play a vital role in the meticulous handling of financial transactions related to assets. Your responsibilities will encompass the thorough preparation and processing of purchase orders and sales invoices for various assets. Additionally you will be tasked with the generation of monthly reports providing valuable insights into asset sales and purchases.

• 5 years of fixed asset experience
  
• Tertiary qualification in Accounting or a similar field enabling eligibility for CPA (Required)
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products including Excel Word and PowerPoint
  
• Understanding of accounting software systems
  
• Understanding of the nature and accounting for assets
  
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  
• Strong time management skills task prioritization and persistence to meet deadlines
  
• The ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals
  
• A team mindset and the drive to participate in achieving the entitys goals and objectives
  

• Prepare and process purchase orders and sales invoices for assets
  
• Generate monthly reports on asset sales and purchases
  
• Maintain the Fixed Asset Register accounting for additions and disposals and conduct monthly depreciation calculations
  
• Perform monthly reconciliation of the Fixed Asset Register with the Netsuite general ledger
  
• Review allocate and approve invoices for capitalization
  
• Complete monthly journals and general ledger reconciliations related to fixed assets
  
• Manage record keeping for fixed assets to assist with financial statement preparation and auditor requirements
  
• Update assets in InspHire and reconcile asset records between systems
  
• Maintain assets in the Personal Property Securities Register
  
• Collaborate closely with the fleet management team to provide timely financial information
  
• Handle adhoc asset management tasks
