Experience: 5 years

Licensure: Licensed Architect

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Bluebeam Newforma and/or Revit

Location: Officebased with occasional travel for OAC meetings (day trips)

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage architectural projects through all phases with a focus on Construction Administration

Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior architects and project team members

Review and approve construction documents and specifications

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design intent

Collaborate with clients contractors and consultants to resolve project issues and challenges

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Licensed Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience

Strong proficiency in Bluebeam Newforma and/or Revit software

Extensive experience in Construction Administration and project management

Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
