Senior APBookkeeper

The Senior AP/Bookkeeper will assist the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate must be dependable detailoriented and comfortable working in a demanding environment. We are located in Ybor City and support two personal injury law firms as well as several other companies.

Duties:
Accounts payable for various companies

Prepare audit reports
Post payables and cut checks using Quick Books
Prepare deposits

Make payments online or by phone
Enter credit card transactions into Quick Books
Track payments to appropriate accounts
Format reports to lenders and management

Prepare letters to IRS & FL Department of Revenue

Other duties as assigned

Qualified candidates should have:
Solid understanding of Accounting and General Ledger activities
Minimum of 34 years accounts payable experience is required
Computer experience in QuickBooks Excel Word and Outlook
