Senior Analyst Trustee & Depositary Services (TDS)
Primary responsibilities
The primarily responsibilities of the Senior Analyst TDS are to ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to :
- Cash Flow Monitoring
- Oversight duties: NAV Subscriptions/Redemptions Investment compliance Income Distribution
- Timely Settlement
- Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets
- This is achieved by performing continuous sample oversight checks on all Fund s activities and by doing due diligences on Management Companies and all delegates
Experience and skills:
- ESSENTIAL :
- Educational Program in Fund Administration Business Administration Economics Finance or equivalent
- High level knowledge of regulatory UCITS V and AIFMD depositary framework
- Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
- Detail oriented
DESIRABLE :
- German
- Good knowledge of Access
Working conditions:
- Team orientated dynamic with the ability to motivate others
- Good communication and presentation skills
Languages :
- Mandatory English Language (Written/Oral) Proficiency
- German (nice to have)
