Senior Affiliate Manager for UA Affiliate network

Affiliate Network 8 years on the market offices in Kyiv and Warsaw.

We seek an experienced Affiliate manager to help us increase traffic volumes and establish new partnerships in Dating vertical. We need strong sales skills and an entrepreneurial approach to work

Your future tasks:

• Attracting new partners (webmasters) communicating building longterm relationships;
• Support existing partners and search for approaches to increase income with current webmasters;
• Working with marketing analytics of the partners traffic and making decisions based on these analytics;
• Active participation in building the processes of the new department and the internal admin system.

Your experience and skills:

• 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing;
• Dating vertical awareness would be a plus
• Experience working in an affiliate networkor arbitrage team
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data;
• Ability to clearly express and argue ones point of view;
• Focus on results and strong ambitions for success;
• English UpperIntermediate and above.
